The Superior King Room was super spacious and comfy. The shower was HUGE, which was a nice surprise. Everything was really clean, and the view of old Cartagena was stunning. Happy with the overall vibe of the room, very cozy for our stay. Didn't have any issues at all—it felt like a little retreat.

Reserve a place for sunset at the bar in advance to ensure a good view and avoid crowding.

My kids wished the swimming pool was a bit larger to accommodate all of us comfortably during peak hours.

The Movich Hotel has beautiful rooftop views and a really lovely atmosphere. Breakfast options included made-to-order dishes, which were far superior to typical buffets. Service from Leonardo, the concierge, was excellent. he helped us set up our schedules for dinners and activities. My king bedroom was on the fifth floor, providing an amazing view. However, the credit card service at check-in was problematic. they were unable to process payments smoothly. The noise from the rooftop party was quite disruptive, especially when it continued late into the night. Additionally, the pool area felt small and had limited lounge chairs. Some of the staff seemed overwhelmed at busy times, impacting service pace. Overall, there are definitely some areas for improvement, but the hotel has a charming vibe and a great location.
